Because we operate exclusively in the B2B market (contractors, housing associations, owners’ associations (VvE’s), architects and facility managers), we mainly process business-related data. When you work with us or contact us, we may process the following data about you or your employees:
- First and last name
- Business phone number
- Business email address
- Job title
- Company and billing details (such as address, KvK and VAT number)
- Details about the specific project or location where we carry out work
3. For which purposes do we process this data?
We do not collect unnecessary information. We only use your data to be able to do our work properly. The purposes are:
- Carrying out projects: For the survey, calculation, purchasing, planning, execution and delivery of flooring and window treatments.
- Communication: To be able to call or email you for coordination with other parties on site and to advise you clearly.
- Financial processing: For drawing up and sending quotes and invoices.
- Legal obligations: For example, data we need for our own tax filings.
4. How long do we keep your data?
STYX Projectstoffering does not keep your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. For administrative and financial data (such as invoices), we apply the statutory retention period of the Dutch Tax Authorities of 7 years. We keep other contact details for as long as we have a business relationship, unless you ask us to delete them.

We only provide it where necessary for the performance of our agreement with you (for example, to suppliers, transporters or subcontractors) or to comply with a legal obligation.
